Beautiful Tropical Dream
This was originally an 18 acre parcel. We had plans to build a home and retire (part time) in Belize. After 14 years it has become clear that we are spread to thin and have to part with that dream. Each 4.5 acre parcel is more than enough land to fulfill your dreams.
A burgeoning area.
This part of Belize has become the hottest property around. Stores, hotels and amenities galore. The Placencia peninsula is 20 minutes down the Southern Highway. These lots could not be in a more ideal location. The town of Hopkins is near enough to visit their many restaurants but far enough away that you can have your seclusion.
A bargain for waterfront property.
Sanctuary Belize sold their river front lots almost immediately for nearly twice as much as we are asking for these lots, which are twice as large as the SB lots. We cannot speak for SB but we have had discussions with them and they were open to assisting in building and developing these lots. They are doing tremendous things in Belize and as their neighbor you are likely to benefit.
